This product grants the purchaser an exclusive commercial-use license for music content produced and managed by MusicTREND.The license grants only the right to commercially use the music and does not transfer any copyright, neighboring rights, sound recording production rights, master rights, or other intellectual property rights owned or managed by MusicTREND.

If generative AI technology was used in creating the music, copyright protection of AI-generated elements may vary depending on applicable laws and the degree of human creative contribution. MusicTREND licenses only the rights it lawfully owns or manages.Without prior written consent from MusicTREND, the purchaser may not resell, relicense, register copyright in, register with a music library, tokenize as an NFT, use as AI training data, or transfer the music itself to any third party.

If revenue is generated through use of the music, the purchaser shall pay MusicTREND a royalty equal to 10% of the revenue directly generated from such use. Detailed royalty terms are governed by separate terms or agreements.
